Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By signing up for or using SAYLS.in (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

You own all data you put into the Service. We act as a data processor on your behalf (see our Privacy Policy and DPA).

5. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime measured monthly. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance on our status page. Service credits for prolonged outages are governed by the Enterprise master agreement.

6. Suspension

We may suspend a workspace immediately for non-payment, abuse, or in response to a valid legal notice. We notify you and provide an export window where feasible.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms with at least 30 days' notice for material changes (sent to your account email). Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
